01 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "7spine," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 7spine online gaming platform and its operating entity, licensed and regulated under PAGCOR.
• "Platform" refers to the 7spine website accessible at 7spine.com, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 7spine Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by 7spine.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 7spine Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and 7spine.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

03 Eligibility

To register and use the 7spine Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine gambling laws and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Players.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 7spine, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 7spine Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as a proxy player.

04 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on 7spine, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. 7spine reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

• One Account Rule: Each individual may register only one Account on the 7spine Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 7spine will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify 7spine immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.
• KYC Verification: 7spine may require you to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card) and proof of address.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7spine Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Accepted Payment Methods: 7spine currently supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Processing Times: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) banking day. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 minutes for e-wallets and up to three (3) banking days for bank transfers.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. 7spine reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Fees: 7spine does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7spine accepts no responsibility.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

7spine may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them that remain unused after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: 7spine reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• Modification or Cancellation: 7spine reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 7spine Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms and Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to all other matters.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 7spine will not reverse or cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a verified technical error.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, 7spine reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all wagers placed during that round.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers. 7spine does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published within the game information panel. Actual results may vary from theoretical RTP over any given session.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7spine Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other Players or the normal operation of the Platform.

09 Responsible Gaming

7spine is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to alert them after a specified period of play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately by our 24/7 support team.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications remind Players of the time elapsed and net gaming activity during their session.

10 Privacy & Data

7spine collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7spine will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to process your transactions, or as described in our Privacy Policy.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 7spine Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, and video, is the property of 7spine or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 7spine.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7spine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

7spine's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

7spine reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, 7spine reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in the Account. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 7spine.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within one (1) business day.

14 Disputes

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 7spine Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat. Our team will endeavor to resolve your complaint within five (5) business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels. 7spine will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.

All disputes relating to individual game outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

15 Amendments

7spine reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.

7spine operates in compliance with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including but not limited to PAGCOR regulations, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
