To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7spine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
7spine's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Gambling Risk: Gambling involves financial risk. 7spine does not guarantee that you will win any wager placed on the Platform. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose. 7spine accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through gaming activity on the Platform.
7spine reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, 7spine reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings in the Account. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 7spine.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within one (1) business day.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the 7spine Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via live chat. Our team will endeavor to resolve your complaint within five (5) business days.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels. 7spine will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
All disputes relating to individual game outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
7spine reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines.
